By accessing and using the C-Express courier service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

C-Express provides courier and delivery services for parcels, documents, and goods. Our services include:

  • Express delivery services
  • Standard parcel delivery
  • International shipping
  • E-commerce logistics solutions
  • Warehousing services

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being shipped through C-Express:

  • Illegal drugs and narcotics
  • Explosive materials and fireworks
  • Weapons and ammunition
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Perishable food items (without proper packaging)
  • Live animals
  • Counterfeit goods

4. Liability and Insurance

C-Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage to parcels except in cases of proven negligence. We recommend purchasing insurance for valuable items. Our maximum liability is limited to:

  • For uninsured parcels: Up to $100 or actual value (whichever is lower)
  • For insured parcels: Up to the declared value
  • Consequential damages are not covered

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control including weather conditions, customs delays, or force majeure events. C-Express will make reasonable efforts to deliver parcels within the estimated timeframe.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate recipient information
  • Properly packaging items to prevent damage
  • Declaring the correct value and contents of parcels
  • Complying with customs regulations for international shipments
  • Paying all applicable fees and charges

7. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made at the time of booking unless a credit account has been established. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers. Late payments may incur additional charges. All prices are subject to change without notice.

8. Claims and Complaints

Claims for lost or damaged parcels must be submitted within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date. All claims must be accompanied by proof of value and photographs (if applicable). We will investigate all claims and respond within 15 business days.

9. Privacy Policy

C-Express respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and use customer data solely for the purpose of providing our services. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Amendments

C-Express reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
